CIVIL UNIT

The Civil Unit is tasked with the responsibility of preparing and serving civil processes received from the Courts of Henry County, as well as other jurisdictions. In addition to process service, this unit executes court orders such as evictions, writs of possession, temporary protective orders, subpoenas, summons, garnishments, probate notices and the collection of other judgments issued by the courts.
